It's got all the goodness of mechado. But...surprise!
INGREDIENTS:
5 pcs CDO Ulam Burger
1 pc small carrots, sliced into large cubes
2 pcs potatoes, sliced into large cubes
1 pc white onion, quartered
1 pc bell peppers, sliced
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsps calamansi juice
2 tbsps soy sauce
1 pc bay leaf
1 cup beef stock
1 tbsp oil
salt
pepper
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat pan and oil then lightly brown CDO Ulam Burger. Set aside. Add carrots and potatoes then brown them as well.
2. When vegetables have lightly caramelized, add white onions and bell peppers. Cook for 3 minutes then add CDO Ulam Burger, beef stock, tomato sauce, calamansi juice, soy sauce and bay leaf. Simmer until thickened.
