August is the month when it rains almost every day. Make this delicious soup to warm you up on such cold days.
INGREDIENTS
:
CDO Ulam Burger All-purpose Beef Mix (210 g)
30 pcs molo wrapper
2 pcs onions, chopped
1 tbsp whole black pepper corns
2 cloves garlic, minced
1.5 cups water/ stock
3 tbsps cooking oil
1 tbsp bagoong isda
2 tbsps spring onion, finely chopped finely
Patis or salt to taste
PROCEDURE
:
Form CDO Ulam Burger Mix into meatballs and wrap them in molo wrappers. Set aside.
In a pot, sauté onion and garlic.
Pour in water or stock.
Add the bagoong isda and whole pepper corns.
Season with patis and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Drop the molo in hot oil.
Simmer until molo floats.
Serve with spring onion and fried garlic.
