Special siomai for merienda. Good with your favorite dip.
INGREDIENTS:
5 pcs CDO Nutri Burger
1 pc carrot
5 pcs medium prawns, chopped
25 pcs molo wrapper
salt
pepper
Siomai Sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsps calamansi juice
PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl, combine CDO Ulam Burger, carrots, prawns and season with salt and pepper.
2. Scoop CDO Ulam Burger mixture on molo or wonton wrapper. Then shape into siomai.
3. Prepare steamer then steam siomai for 10 minutes.
4. For the siomai sauce, combine soy sauce, sugar and calamansi in a bowl. Then serve with the CDO Ulam Burger Siomai.
