A cheesy treat for pasta lovers.

Ingredients:

150g linguine pasta
50g green peas or sweet corn
100g cooked bacon
250ml milk
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp plain flour
1 cup Danes cheese spread
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
2. Boil some water in a saucepot and cook the pasta until al dente. But just before it is done, add the vegetables into the pot.
3. While the pasta is cooking, place the flour, the margarine in a pan over medium heat then whisk in the milk and Danes cheese spread. Simmer it until the sauce thickens.
4. Add the cheese to the sauce and mix well.
5. Drain the cooked pasta and vegetables using a colander then place them back in the saucepan and pour the cheese sauce over it and mix well.
6. Place the pasta into an ovenproof tray, and bake it in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
7. Sprinkle the bacon on top and drizzle some more Danes cheese spread before serving.
