Boil water and add baking soda. Blanch the sitaw, okra and sigarilyas. In a pan, heat oil and add onion, garlic, peppercorn and bay leaves. Sauté until lightly brown. Add soy sauce, vinegar. Lower heat and simmer. When the vinegar is cooked.
