Chicken Salpicao is healthy, yummy, and easy to prepare.


INGREDIENTS:


1 can CDO liver spread
200g chicken breast, cut into cubes
3 tbsp. garlic
2 tbsp. oil
½ tsp. paprika
¼ cup chopped mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped chives for garnish
1 tbsp. garlic chips for garnish
cracked pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:

Marinate chicken breast in CDO liver spread and paprika, season with salt and pepper
Sauté garlic in oil until golden brown
Add mushrooms and the marinated chicken
Sauté for 2 - 3 minutes over a high flame until chicken is cooked
Plate, garnish with garlic chips and spring onions
