Chili con carne is a spicy stew made with beef, chili peppers, tomatoes, and beans. This recipe is made more savory with CDO Liver Spread.
INGREDIENTS
:
1 can CDO Liver Spread
1 pc onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsps oil
½ kilo ground beef
½ tsp chili powder
2 tbsps tomato paste
½ cup beef stock
Salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
:
Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
Add the ground beef.
Pour the CDO liver spread. Mix well.
Season with chili powder, salt and pepper.
Add the tomato paste.
Adjust thickness with beef stock.
Simmer until beef is tender and until the liquid is completely reduced.
Serve with nacho chips or top on hotdog.
