Ingredients:


3 pcs CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties
2 cups pineapple juice
1 pc sliced pineapple
1⁄2 cup soy sauce
1⁄4 cup black pepper
1 pc onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc. laurel leaves
1 tsp whole black pepper
1 tbsp. white sugar
Salt to taste

Procedure:

1. For the marinade, mix in soy sauce, pineapple juice, sliced pineapple, black pepper, and laurel leaves.
2. Fry CDO Ulam Burger Crispy patties until golden brown then set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic. Pour the marinade then simmer.
4. Pour sauce on CDO Ulam burger crispy patties.
5. Top with pineapple then serve with rice.
