A new twist to an old-fashioned Pork Asado recipe


Ingredients:


3 pcs CDO Ulam Burger crispy patties
1 pc onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 pcs tomatoes, sliced
5 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp calamansi juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 pcs. potatoes, quartered and boiled
2 tbsp oil

Procedure:

In a pan, fry CDO Ulam Burger crispy patties until browned, cut into cubes then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, and tomato in medium heat. Cook tomatoes well.
Add the soy sauce and tomato sauce, then simmer.
Bring the heat down to medium and add the calamansi juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss back in the CDO Ulam Burger crispy patties.
Serve with boiled potatoes on the side.
