Try this different yet equally delicious sisig. 


INGREDIENTS
:
 
3 pcs CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties
1 can CDO liver spread
1 pc white onion, diced
1 pc finger chili or siling pangsigang, chopped
1 pc bird’s eye chili, chopped
2 tbsps mayonnaise
1 pc calamansi
2 tbsps oil
1 tbsp margarine
½ cup chicharon, crushed
1 pc egg
Salt and pepper to taste
 
PROCEDURE
 
Fry CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties then chop into pieces.
Coat the sautéed burger with CDO Liver Spread and then set aside. 
Heat sizzling plate. Then, add in margarine and sauté onions. 
Toss in fried CDO Ulam Burger pieces, finger chillies
and bird’s chili eye (Siling labuyo).
Add in mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with chicharon and crack one egg on top. 
Serve with calamansi and rice.
