INGREDIENTS
:
 
1 can CDO liver spread
200g pork, cut into small cubes
2 cups pork stock
1 can kidney beans
1 pc chorizo
50g onions, chopped
10g garlic, chopped
250ml tomato sauce
5g sugar
1 pc bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsps oil for sautéing
 
PROCEDURE:
 
In a pot, sauté onion and garlic.
Add in pork and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss in chorizo.
Add pork stock.
Simmer until pork is tender.
Add in beans and CDO liver spread.
Mix in the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Add sugar to taste, let it simmer.
Serve with rice or bread.
