It's the healthy fish and veggie dish that you can prepare for the whole family. Even your kids will love it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 can Sea Quest Tuna
1 red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 pcs tomato,chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
200 g kalabasa, peeled and cut into large cubes
1 bunch sitaw, cut into 2 ½ inch length
½ cup water
1 pc siling pang sigang
1 tsp fish sauce or patis
PROCEDURE:
Sauté onions, garlic and tomato in vegetable oil.
Add the kalabasa and sitaw. Simmer until half cooked.
Add water and sili then season with fish sauce, simmer for three min.
Add 1 can Sea Quest Tuna together with the the liquid.
Simmer until all is cooked.
