Goes well with warm white rice!


 

 

Ingredients:

4 cups shredded cabbage
3 pieces CDO Ulam Burger
3 gloves garlic (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 cup canned sliced mushroom
1 cup young corn (sliced)
2 tbsp patis
1 tsp pepper

Procedure:

1. Pan-fry the CDO Ulam Burger until all sides are browned then set them aside
2. Sauté the onions and garlic in the same pan
3. Add in the young corn and mushrooms and sauté for another minute before tossing in the shredded cabbage
4. Season with patis and pepper and sauté for 2 more minutes. Serve with steamed rice
