Gawin ang kakaibang sisig-pusit combination ni Chef Boy. 


Procedure:

1. In a pot, boil water and pork ears with 1 piece red onion, salt and black pepper until tender. Drain.
2. Preheat grill and grill pork ears until brown but not burned.
3. Chop pork ears into small cubes. 


 
4. In a bowl, add chopped pork ears, onion, chili fingers and soy sauce.
5. Add mayonnaise and calamansi.


 
6. Marinate the squid in soy sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper and calamansi juice.


 
7. Remove squid from the marinade. Stuff squid with sisig and secure head and body of the squid using toothpicks.


 
8. Pre-heat griller to medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. Brush with oil while grilling. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
