Bicol's special longganisa recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
500 grams pork meat, chopped 
200 grams pork fat, chopped 
100 grams prepared crispy fried garlic 
2 prepared caramelized onions 
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
1/4 cup native vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
50 grams canned red pimientos, chopped
2 tablespoon soy sauce
 
PROCEDURES:
1. Mix all ingredients then portion into 100-gram longganisas.
 
2. Cut the aluminum foil to 6 x 6-cm pieces, then spread softened butter.  Put a portion of the longganisa mix and tighten nicely. Steamed for 10 minutes and take off the foil, then pan-grill until done.
