1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, whisk until smooth.
2. In a non-stick pan, heat and put a little butter. Pour one ladle of batter. Cook and flip on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Set aside.
3. Place one crepe on a plate. Put one teaspoon of each crepe topping in the middle.
4. Fold crepe on four sides into squares. Flip it over.
