Ingredients:
1 whole buko halved and the flesh shredded
Crushed ice
6 tbsps CDO Kaong and Nata de Coco
6 tbsps langka (jackfruit)
6 tbsps sweetened kidney beans
6 tbsps sweetened garbanzos
6 tbsps sweetened saba
6 tbsps ube or yam
3 tbsps pinipig
6 tbsps corn kernels
1/2 cup evaporated milk
A scoop of ice cream on top
Sugar (optional)
Procedure:
1. Fill the empty coconut shell halves with crushed ice.
2. Place all the sweetened ingredients on top and drizzle with the milk.
3. Put a scoop of ice cream on top and CDO Nata de Coco and Kaong. Serve.
