Heart Evangelista credits all-purpose cream and black truffle sauce as the secret ingredients to her 'not your usual' pizza.
In a vlog, Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista shared her recipe for pizza which she describes as 'not your usual.'
Even without the help of her more culinary-inclined dad or sisters, she whipped up a treat for her stepchildren Quino and Chesi as well as the staff who are quarantining with her at home.
Heart used French bread instead of pizza dough and says that all-purpose cream and black truffle sauce are her secret ingredients.
Here's how to make Heart's 'not your usual' pizza.
Ingredients
prosciutto
mozzarella cheese
Kraft Eden cheese
ground beef
garlic
onions
olive oil
tomato sauce
all-purpose cream
salt and pepper
French bread
black truffle sauce
Procedure
1. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil
2. Add the beef
3. Put salt and pepper to taste
4. Once beef is brown, add tomato sauce
5. Let it cook, then scoop out the oil
6. Add all-purpose cream
7. Add black truffle sauce
8. Cut the French bread into six-inch pieces
9. Place a generous amount of sauce on the bread
10. Top with cheese and prosciutto
11. Put in the oven until the cheese melts
12. Serve with olives and pickles
