Ingredients:

3 cups Japanese rice
1/2 kilo prawns (deveined)
150 g squid (sliced)
1/2 kilo mussels
5 gloves garlic (sliced)
1 large onion (chopped)
3 pieces red and green bell pepper (sliced)
3 cups chicken stock
1 pack/ 270 g tomato sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon annatto powder
1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil
fish sauce/ salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Holiday Whole Meat Ham (sliced into strips)
1 cup green peas
3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
3 pieces hard boiled eggs (quartered)

Procedure:

1. In a paella pan, heat olive oil then saute garlic and onion.
2. Add Holiday Whole Meat Ham, bay leaves, and fish sauce then cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add paprika, annatto powder, tomato sauce, and rice then stir until color distribute evenly.
4. Pour chicken stock then simmer until rice is almost tender. Add more stock if needed.
5. Add parsley then season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Arrange bell peppers, green peas, seafood and other remaining ingredients on top. Cover with foil and steam for 5 minutes or until seafood are cooked and sauce is absorbed.
