Isang yummy na recipe to start the week!

INGREDIENTS:
500 grams beef lomo (tenderloin), local only
1 ripe mango, cubed 
1 green bell pepper, broiled, peeled and cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper, broiled and cut into cubes
1 onion, cubed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 grams chopped fresh basil
1 siling labuyo, chopped 
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon mustard
 
 
PROCEDURE:
1. Cut tenderloin into flat pieces. Season with salt and brush with mustard.
 
2. Grill until done.  Serve with mango salsa.
