Cheesecake recipes can be finicky, whether you bake them or use gelatin to set them.
Food vlogger Ddulgi shared a cheesecake recipe which requires neither over nor gelatin, but only a microwave.
The best part is, you can finish it in 10 minutes!
Ingredients
- 120 grams cream cheese
- 45 grams sugar
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 12 grams cake flour
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Procedure
- Combine 120 grams of cream cheese and 45 grams of sugar in a bowl
- Add an egg
- Add 100 ml of whipping cream
- Add 12 grams of cake flour
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Pour in a microwave-safe container lined with parchment paper
- Microwave for 3 minutes with a cover
- Cool in the fridge
- When completely cool, take out of the mold and serve
