Procedure:

1. Peel the cucumber with a vegetable peeler in alternating stripes lengthwise. Cut the cucumber in half and then slice. 


 
2. In a bowl, pour in white vinegar, lemon juice and stir in sugar.

3. Add the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and cilantro.
4. Chill before serving. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
