INGREDIENTS:
3 kilos sirloin beef, pre-advance cooked
1 cup slices button mushroom
1 cup red wine brown sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed black mushroom
1 tablespoon mustard
1 meter Butcher's string
PROCEDURE:
1.Tighten sirloin beef with Butcher's string. Season with salt and pepper. Brush with mustard, and then place into roasting pan. Drizzle with oil.
2. Roast in oven for 30 minutes or as per desired doneness of the beef.
3. Remove string, cut into slices then pour red wine mushroom sauce on top.
