The healthier version of the classic carbonara.

INGREDIENTS:
1 can San Marino Tuna Flakes
2 tbsps oil
2 tbsps margarine or butter
1 pc onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small pc red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup button mushroom, cut into half
¾ cup all purpose cream
½ cup chicken stock
2 cups cooked flat noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup grated cheese
PROCEDURE:
In a pan, add in margarine or butter in oil. Then, sauté onion and garlic.
Add in red bell pepper and mushrooms.
Toss in San Marino Tuna Flakes and season with salt and pepper.
Pour in all purpose cream. Adjust thickness with chicken stock. Let it simmer.
Toss in cooked flat noodles until fully coated with sauce.
Transfer to a plate then top with grated cheese.
