Alamin kung paano gawin ang isa sa mga paboritong dishes ni Dingdong Dantes.


Procedure:

1. In a stockpot, heat oil, saute onion, garlic and tomatoes.


 
2. Add water and let it boil.


 
3. Once boiling, add fish sauce, gabi. Let it simmer until gabi is tender then add eggplant.  


 
4. Pour in tamarind mix.
5. Add fish and turn down the heat, wait until fish is cooked.


 
6. Add kangkong stems, then the kangkong leaves and kamote tops.


 
7. Serve hot.
