The zing of peppers and the tangy-sweetness of calamansi cream with your kid's favorite breakfast fare.


INGREDIENTS:

6 pcs CDO Idol Cheesedog, cut into 2-inch-thick slices
3 pcs bell pepper (red, green, yellow sliced into strips)
1 pc siling pahaba, sliced
1 pc red onion, sliced
1 ½ cups chicken stock
1 ½ tbsps tomato paste
1 tsp basil leaves
salt
pepper
2 tbsps oil
1 cup cream
½ cup calamansi
1 tbsp wansoy, chopped
 

PROCEDURE:
1. Heat pan and oil then sauté bell peppers, siling pahaba and red onion until slightly caramelized, then add in CDO Idol Cheesedog.
2. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes, then add chicken stock. Simmer until slightly thickened.
3. Heat sizzling plate then add CDO Idol Cheesedog. Top with calamansi cream. Serve immediately.
4. To make calamansi cream, combine cream, calamansi and wansoy. Mix until well combined.
