Isang Monday-tastic na recipe ang hatid sa atin ni Chef Boy.

INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo white shrimps, peeled
1 cup cashew nuts, roasted
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 pc. white onion chunks
1 pc. red bell pepper chunks
1 pc. green bell pepper chunks
100 grams snow peas
50 grams potato starch slurry
1 tablespoon chicken powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup chicken stock
15 grams chopped garlic
1/2 cup Chinese wine
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, celery, bell peppers, shrimps, flambé with Chinese wine and add chicken stock allow to boil.
2. Thicken with potato starch slurry and season with salt, pepper and chicken powder. Simmer for 2 minutes until done.
3. Place on plate. Top with roasted cashew nuts.
