Try this new and delicious recipe!


Ingredients:


2 cans 150g CDO Karne Norte Guisado
2 tbsp Flour
1 pc egg
1⁄4 cup banana catsup
2 tbsp vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
3⁄4 cup water/stock
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 pc onion, cut into rings
1 pc small carrots, peeled and cut thinly
1 pc bell pepper, cut into strips
1 1⁄2 tsp cornstarch, diluted into 2 tbsp water
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil

Procedure:

1. Mix CDO Karne Norte Guisado, flour and eggs. Form corned beef into balls.
2. Fry corned beef balls until slightly browned. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté garlic until slightly browned. Add catsup and vinegar.
4. Simmer for a minute before mixing.
5. Mix in brown sugar and stock. Bring to a boil.
6. Add in carrots, bell pepper and onion rings.
7. Thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Toss in corned beef balls. Serve with rice.
