Para sa Semana Santa, isang yum yum yum recipe from Chef Boy:

INGREDIENTS:
500 grams dried Fish ( TUYO) fried  and flakes but remove the skin
500 grams LINGUINNI  pasta al dente
1/4 cup olive oil
30 grams chopped garlic
1 pc. Chopped  onion
2 pc. Peeled crushed tomato
5 grams chopped basil
1 gram chili flakes
1 jigger white wine
10 grams Parmesan cheese

 
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic,onion,tomato,in olive oil ,TUYO,then LINGUINNI pasta   Pour white wine,toss nicely add basil and Parmesan cheese.sprinkle on top with chili flakes.
