Ukoy Bicol style? Alamin ang recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo julienned white part heart of palm or ubod
300 grams small white shrimps
100 grams peeled fresh peanuts
100 grams all purpose flour
1 teaspoon yellow annato powder
1 beaten egg
50 grams chopped spring onions
1 cup vinegar
2 chopped finger chillis
1 chopped red onion
1 tablespoon white sugar
oil for deep frying
1/2 cup cornstarch 
15 grams julienned red bell pepper
15 grams julienned green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

 
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine in mixing bowl, ubod, flour, peanuts, shrimp, annato powder, spring onions, cornstarch, green and red bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper and shape into patties. Set aside.
 
2. Deep fry. Drain excess oil using kitchen towel.
 
3. Place on the plate and serve with native vinaigrette (sawsawan).
