K-Drama fans, now's your chance to recreate that iconic paragliding scene ala Captain Ri Jeong-hyuk and Yoon Se-Ri of Crash Landing on You!
In a little suburb in Carmona, Cavite Kapuso actors Shaira Luna and David Licauco played the iconic roles of Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin as they paraglided away with their instructors and saw the beautiful scenery that lies ahead.
A little more research landed us with the fact that Carmona is actually a perfect paragliding site due to the prevalence of northeast winds or hanging amihan coming from Laguna de Bay. Pair that with Carmona's sky-touching cliffs and graced ridges making the location the most ideal site for the air sport.
So how much does it cost to feel like Yoon Se-Ri?
According to Buko Raymundo of the Philippine Paragliding and Hang Gliding Association, the introduction tandem paragliding fee in Carmona Cavite costs roughly PhP 3,500 inclusive of a guide and the use of equipment per person. Of course, flying depends on the wind and weather conditions.
If that doesn't cut it, you can also visit the set of Crash Landing on You once the travel ban is lifted. But for now, we think this will do.
