
Reveluvs are in for a fun summer as Wendy of Red Velvet is making a solo debut this April.
The K-pop group's agency SM Entertainment Wendy is preparing for a solo album release.
The details for the album have not yet been confirmed but SM Entertainment mentioned it is scheduled to come out in April.
SM Entertainment stated, "Wendy is working on her solo album, with the goal of releasing it in April. Please look forward to it."

After seven years of being a member of Red Velvet, Wendy is embarking on a solo project, making her the first member to have a solo debut.
Fellow members Irene and Seulgi had a sub-unit project together in 2020.
Wendy is known as the main vocalist of Red Velvet, and has impressed fans with her vocals in Red Velvet's performances. She has showcased her talent in various solo OSTs and project songs including dramas Touch Your Heart, Start Up, The Beauty Inside, and Hwarang.
She recently made her comeback in the music industry after going on a temporary hiatus to recover from the injuries she suffered at the recording of the 2019 SBS Gayo Daejeon.
Wendy has recently appeared on TV as a host for the music program K-Rush which is set to air on GMA's Asian pop culture digital TV channel, Hallypop.
