Regine Tolentino's third and youngest daughter, Rosie Rignee is turning a year old in a few days, and the celebrity mom is anticipating this milestone with a beautiful family portrait.
Regine gave birth to Rosie Rignee on March 17 but she only revealed her baby's arrival in April. The actress-dancer-host considers her third child a miracle baby, and she has been sharing their charming photos since.
