Regine Velasquez began her concert series last night at The Theatre at Solaire. Titled 'Regine at the Theatre,' she highlights on theatre musicals including Broadway songs, Ryan Cayabyab compositions, and pieces from Philippine productions.
 
The Asia’s Songbird described the first run as difficult but fun. "I’m so proud of this show. It was hard but so enjoyable," she wrote on her Instagram.
 
She thanked the people behind the production, her fellow performers, guests and family members. She also offered its success to God.

 

I have to say it was a difficult show woooooh!!!!! But having these guys with me made it easier???? thank you to my wonderful #band I specially want to say thank you and congrats to my musical director @raulmitra (who did most of our beautiful arrangements) I'm very proud of you ???? Salamat din sa aking mga kaibigang musico galing nyo ( lagi naman)???? To my friends my back up singers thank you for singing with me???? #hotlegs salamat dahil mas pinaganda nyo pa ang show ????(buti naman at ginagawa nyo lahat ng itinuro ko sa inyo ????) thsnk you to our choreographer Nancy for doing all the blocking.????Thank you to the actors who sang, danced at naki pag aktingan with me thank you guys #ensemble ???? Maraming salamat sa aking guests @audiegemora such an honor to perform with you again thank you???? and @aicellesantos ang galing mo so proud of you thank you for being part of this concert???? Thank you to the staff and crew, syempre thank you to my sister @cacaimitra who design the stage and co directed the show with me????thank you @mommy_de and @deca28 ????Thank you baba @ogiealcasid for always supporting me I love you ???? Thank you to my boo super cute ikaw love #happybirthdayBoo ???? I'm so proud of this show it was hard but so enjoyable..... ???? I hope you guys get to watch and experience these beautiful songs with me. Lastly thank you Father God for allowing me to do this. To God be the Glory???? The 'Sarap Diva' host and 'StarStruck' council member invited friends and supporters to watch the three remaining shows on November 7, 20, and 21.
