Kris Aquino asks Mark Leviste to not keep in touch

Kris Aquino opened up about ex-partner Mark Leviste, current Batangas vice governor.
The actress and TV host showed screenshots of her messages to Mark, in which she asks him to stop trying to keep in touch with her.
Kris showed her text messages to Mark and captioned it "My TRUTH."
"Marc, aren't you tired of the unanswered messages? It took me two weeks and a half to feel that I no longer really feel the need to keep communication lines open with you. Whatever is going on in my life or in yours, parang nawala na the desire for me to know what's happening with you or keep you informed."
She clarified, "I haven't been influenced by anyone, it's just that I've fallen back to my pattern of reading a new book every [two to three] days, reading NYT, and the magazines I like, and coping with the hardships my body must endure."
"I want to remain polite but this is really what happens when we are so far from each other--people really do grow apart. Thank you for keeping in touch, but I'd really prefer it if you don't. It's really a lot more peaceful now. And that's always been my prayer. Serenity [and] peace."

In another Instagram Story, Kris wrote, "I never posted details...and problema, nagising ako sa katotohanan na kung talagang minahal ako, at alam na sumuko na ko sa LDR, bakit hindi kinayang ibigay 'yung katahimikan na kailangan ko for my emotional wellness, lessened anxiety, and my chance for a peaceful healing journey?"
On August 9, Mark posted photos of his son Conrado and Kris's sons Josh and Bimby with friends in California. He mentioned the boys were staying with Kris Aquino in the U.S. while he was in the Philippines.
"Presently, C2 lives with @krisaquino and the boys in Orange County, while I'm back [in the Philippines.] According to TK (Tita Kris) they've been developing a tight bond and making special memories every day."
Kris and Mark have been linked romantically since January 2023. Mark previously shared on interviews and social media that he visited Kris and her sons in the U.S. on New Year's Day. He also spent time with Kris on her birthday, which also happens to be Valentine's Day.
Though Mark has been her "best male friend" after being teased with dating rumors, Kris finally admitted they had a relationship, but she broke it off due to her health conditions, including several autoimmune disorders.
