Cloie Syquia Skarne is the daughter of Gabby Concepcion to model-actress Jenny Syquia.
She is in a five-year relationship with boyfriend Fredrik Hill, a structural engineer in Sweden.
Cloie is also a beauty queen after bagging the Miss Earth Sweden in 2016 and landing as the first runner-up at the Miss Universe Sweden in 2018.
