Mikael Daez fondly recalls his first teleserye with Megan Young on GMA.
Mikael Daez took a trip down memory lane as he shared an old photo of him and Megan Young taken from their first teleserye as a love team.
Mikael said the photo he posted on Instagram was his and Megan's first scene from their first full teleserye together, The Stepdaughters.
"I love digging up old photos! And being together for 13 years means there's A LOT of treasure to be dug up. Here's a photo of our first scene in our first full teleserye together as a love team,” he said.
The Stepdaughters is a GMA Afternoon Prime drama in 2018, which starred Megan and Katrina Halili.
Mikael tagged Megan on the post and said he can't remember whether they got married on the drama or not, “[M]eganbata did we get married in this serye?! I don't remember!”
He also recounted how doing the show was a lot of fun.
"This location is the mamihan where our characters supposedly bond and flirt. [I]t's the counter part of our real life coffee shops, I guess,” Mikael mused.
Mikael and Megan are known for their love for coffee and for the coffee shop adventures they go on every time they travel.
The Kapuso couple confirmed their long-term relationship back in 2017 before officially tying the knot in January 2020.
Mikael ended his post with a special acknowledgment of the people they worked with in the drama.
"Shout out to sef, baks, direk paul, elai, kat, the whole team! Such good times,” he said.
