Former 'Unang Hirit' host Rhea Santos got together with her colleagues in GMA.
Rhea Santos returned to the Unang Hirit studios as a guest after flying back home from Canada where she is currently based.
The former Unang Hirit host shared snaps from her reunion with her old colleagues Arnold Clavio, Ivan Mayrina, Lyn Ching, Mariz Umali, and Atty. Gaby Concepcion, and her encounter with the show's new hosts Kaloy Tingcungco and Anjo Pertierra. Connie Sison, who is also a former Unang Hirit host, dropped by at the studio to catch up with Rhea.
"Sobrang na-miss ko kayo❤️ I love my #unanghirit family✨," Rhea wrote in the caption.
In another post, Rhea declared that she's a proud "laking UH."
Together with her family, Rhea left the Philippines for Canada in 2019. In 2022, she revealed that she is a permanent resident of Canada.
Even though she started a new life abroad, Rhea is able to continue her passion for broadcasting as she now works at Omni News: Filipino Edition, a newly-launched daily newscast in Filipino under the TV system and specialty channel, Omni Television.
While being employed, she also continued her studies in the British Columbia Institute of Technology International. After two years, she finished her Broadcast & Online Journalism diploma program.
