Rhian Ramos joins Quezon City cleanup drive

'Sang'gre' star Rhian Ramos truly has a big heart to help people in need.

Several Kapuso stars joined forces with netizens and foundations to offer help to the victims of super typhoon Carina.

They contributed in their own way, from repacking relief goods to visiting flooded sites and evacuation centers.

One of the Kapuso stars who volunteered was Rhian Ramos. With a kind heart, the actress spent her unexpected free time helping people clean up flood-affected roads in Quezon City after the typhoon..

In an Instagram post, Rhian shared a video revealing that her taping had been canceled, giving her the chance to do her usual workout routine. But instead, she chose to assist in cleaning the area for the people's safety and health.

Rhian, along with her boyfriend Sam Versoza, coordinated with the local government and the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to work together to clean the area within the day.

In her caption, Rhian expressed her delight and gratitude for the uplifting experience and to those who contributed to the cleanup drive.

She wrote, "It was an uplifting experience to see heavy equipment and cleaning professionals also pouring in from other parts of Metro Manila to help clear the streets of district 4, QC."

She also thanked the officials for their coordination during the cleanup drive, "Hats off to Congressman Marvin Rillo & MMDA Chairman, Atty. Don Artes for the quick coordination and decision making, ultimately making more than 3 days of work happen in less than a day."

The Sang'gre actress also expressed her appreciation to her boyfriend, friends, and fans for their help and support.

"Also thank you, booboo Sam Versoza for being a good boyfriend, a helpful neighbour, and an active servant of the country. Lastly, thank you also to my friends who came, ready to volunteer their time and strength to clean up, especially Sandyy Riccio and some members of cybeRhians [fans of Rhian]. I love you guys so much," she added.
