Sorry for flooding! Im also grateful to have been featured in @metromagph's body issue after pretty much growing up hating my body. Forreal. It really was just recently that Ive begun to accept my self and love all the great things my body does for me everyday. Doing this feature felt like me trying to give myself a compliment and practice a little self love. Lol! Thanks Metro and Seven Barretto! ????

I'm sure there are favorite foods. 'Wag lang 'yung self-hate. Wag lang 'yung parang 'I hate myself, kumain na naman ako ng ganun.' Just do what you enjoy, pero know also how your body responds."
