
Rhian Ramos looked back at her childhood and shared why she didn't have a lot of friends growing up.
According to the Royal Blood star, she grew up not making friends as she is always transferring to a new school. Rhian shared her story on the YouTube channel of Dra. Vicki Belo.

She said, "Growing up kasi I was always the kid na every year I was in a new school. I went through bullying and had different reasons for transferring. So I got used to eating alone, and I never went up to people anymore. Nahiya lang ako to make friends. I just didn't."
Rhian recalled that when she entered showbusiness she was also hesitant to approach people.
"I thought I was fine like it didn't really bother me so when I entered my "new school" na showbiz, I was like that also. I was not really approaching anyone."
The Kapuso star admitted that she gained a friend in Bianca King but she moved to Australia.
"I did have Bianca King though. She was my long time, and she still is, my long-time best friend. And then she moved away before the pandemic so I'm really alone na."
Now, Rhian proudly shared that she is surrounded by friends who love to empower other women. Some of them are fellow Kapuso stars, Max Collins and Michelle Dee.
According to Rhian, a woman having a female support system is great for mental health.
"We all met and became super close and it's my first time to have a big female support system. We all know is really good for our health, mental health, as women."
