Rhian Ramos has announced that she will "unplug" from social media for a week.

Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos will be taking a break from social media for a week.

The actress has shared that she "hasn't been her best" and would like to "unplug for a bit."

On her Instagram account, Rhian shared a simple photo the the text "taking a break" on a gray background.

"Haven't exactly been at my best lately, which I guess just happens to everyone once in a while. [I] think it might help to unplug for a bit and quietly appreciate the now. Be back in a week," she wrote.

Rhian has been sharing more of her life online through her Instagram account and through her YouTube channel since the beginning of the quarantine.

Her most recent vlog was a tour of her condominium unit.

Rhian has also gotten into a few new hobbies like cooking and flower arranging and has described herself as a "quarantita."

Meanwhile, Rhian's film Kung Paano Siya Nawala where she starred with actor JM de Guzman is currently the number one film on Netflix Philippines.
