As they await their baby's arrival, Robi Domingo offered comforting words to his wife Maiqui.
Pinoy Big Brother host Robi Domingo offered comforting words to his wife, Maiqui Pineda, as they prepare for their new journey as parents.
After tying the knot in 2024, the Domingo couple announced in early January of this year that they are expecting a baby.
With a lot of work to be done before their baby's birth, Robi took to Instagram Stories to assure Maiqui that everything is going to be fine.
He wrote, “I know lately it has been a lot for us—frequent hospital visits, bills becoming bigger, a non-stop party in your tummy, a lot of moving and prepping for the baby, and more.”
“But as we clean the last morsel of egg pandesal on the table, it got me thinking: at the end of the day, what's left on the table? It's going to be you and me. We got this.”
The couple held their wedding on January 6, 2024, at the Pulilan Church in Bulacan. Prior to this, they went through difficult moments, especially after Maiqui was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease called dermatomyositis in 2023.
In a health update in December 2024, Maiqui shared that she was already in clinical remission, according to her doctor.
