Rochelle Pangilinan and Shiloh surely had a blast in the USA!
Pulang Araw star Rochelle Pangilinan recently took a refreshing break from her intense drama scenes to enjoy a fun-filled adventure in Hollywood with her daughter, Shiloh.
On her Instagram, Rochelle shared heartwarming moments from their mother-daughter bonding day at Universal Studios, where friends and Kapuso comedian Michael V. joined them. The duo made the most of their time, capturing playful photos with mascots and diving into thrilling-themed rides.
The Kapuso star captioned in one of her reels, "Ang makitang napakasaya ng anak ko na napakasaya ay best feeling talaga!"
In an interview with 24 Oras, Rochelle reminisced about the joy she felt watching Shiloh experience her first visit to the theme park. "First time niya grabe akala ko matatakot siya kasi may picture kami na takot na takot 'yung mukha niya and akala ko iiyak pagkatapos pero hindi sabi niya, 'I want to ride it again,'" she happily shared.
While Rochelle enjoyed this special time, she also expressed sadness that her husband and Kapuso actor Arthur Solinap, couldn't join them due to prior commitments.
"Sana kasama namin si Art (Arthur Solinap) na magbakasyon kaya lang meron siyang Widows' War na ginagawa," she noted.
Nevertheless, the joy of seeing Shiloh's excitement reminded Rochelle of the importance of regular quality time together.
"Ang saya-saya ng anak ko. Sumasayaw siya, tumatalon, maya't maya tili siya ng tili. 'Yung energy niya hindi siya napapagod. Bago kami matulog sabi niya sa akin, 'Mom you are my best friend.' Medyo naiyak ako pero syempre hindi ko pinahalata na kinilig ako," she said, reflecting on the precious bond they share.
Currently, Rochelle is receiving intense praise for her compelling performance as Amalia, a comfort woman during World War II, in Pulang Araw. The series also features fellow Kapuso stars Barbie Forteza, Sanya Lopez, David Licauco, and Alden Richards each bringing depth to their roles in this hit family drama. Dennis Trillo is also part of the show as Col. Yuta Saitoh.
