Dubai-based fashion, beauty and lifestyle magazine, Emirates Woman, gave Rochelle Pangilinan’s stunning mermaid wedding dress a glowing review.

The magazine featured the former Encantadia star's chic wedding gown and hailed Michael Cinco’s latest creation as his ‘most incredible’ piece ever.
