Rodjun Cruz and Dianne Medina have a new milestone as they expand their growing house rental business with a brand-new property.

In an Instagram post, Dianne proudly shared the exciting news, announcing their latest investment located in Quezon City, calling it an “early birthday gift from our Lord Jesus Christ.”

“New addition to our house rental business properties. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for all the blessings! This one's located in QC and is now up for RENT!” she wrote.

She also gave a shoutout to her and Rodjun's teamwork as a couple in achieving their latest investment.

“Thank You, Lord Jesus! @rodjuncruz -- Teamwork makes the Dream work! Let's work harder! More and more work, in Jesus' name! Looking forward to our next investment, all for God's glory,” she expressed.

The actress and TV host also expressed gratitude to the people who have been their inspiration and motivation in life.

“Hope you're proud of us, Mommy Vicky, Daddy Antoy, Nanay Cora, Tatay Atoy, Mama Beth, and Papa Rudy,” she said.

“My grandparents and parents have always been my idols in the real estate business. I truly look up to them and hope to be like them someday,” Dianne added.

Rodjun and Dianne started their house rental business in 2022.

Recently, the Cruz family has been filled with blessings as Rodjun was hailed as the champion on Stars on the Floor alongside his duo partner, Dasuri Choi, adding another achievement before the year ends.
