Rodjun Cruz remembers his late father, Rodolfo Ilustre, as the latter celebrates his birthday in heaven.
Kapuso actor Rodjun Cruz penned a heartwarming message for his late father, Rodolfo Ilustre, as the latter celebrates his birthday in heaven.
In a post on Instagram, Rodjun shared a throwback photo of him with his parents, Rodolfo and Beth Cruz.
“Happy birthday in heaven, papa! Enjoy kayo ngayon ni mama sa date niyo diyan ha,” he wrote in the caption.
Rodjun's mom died in February 2019 after battling pancreatic cancer.
“Sobrang mahal na mahal kayo ng baby boy niyo,” he continues.
“I'm always gonna make you both proud.”
Rodjun's father died in October 2009, succumbing to complications of kidney and lungs. He was 75.
