Director, talent manager, and comedian Ronnie Henares was beyond ecstatic upon learning that his show Pepito Manaloto was one of the big winners in the recently concluded 34th PMPC Star Awards for Television.
In fact, the flagship sitcom bagged the Best Comedy Show trophy, while Manilyn Reynes, who plays Elsa, received the Best Comedy Actress award, too.
Direk Ronnie took to Instagram and posted a photo of their latest recognition of Pepito Manaloto and dedicated their win to their loyal viewers who have stayed with them for more than a decade.
He wrote in the caption: “Thank you Star Awards for television 2020 for this award…Pepito Manaloto, Best Comedy Show. Maraming salamat sa inyo na sumusuporta at nanonood ng show week after week. We share this award with all of you! @michaelbitoy @manilynreynes27 @gmanetwork.”
