Ronnie Liang: "Ang goal namin ay maoperahan lahat ng taong may cleft lip and plate kahit nasaan man silang parte ng Pilipinas."

Singer Ronnie Liang launches his new advocacy "Project Ngiti" inspired by his hit song "Ngiti."

The celebrity pilot-army reservist put up this new project, in cooperation with the Rizal Medical Center (RMC), to help peoplecleft lip and palate undergo surgery for free.

In a statement sent to GMANetwork.com, "Project Ngiti" was described as "a long-term partnership and advocacy of Ronnie together with the doctors, nurses, and staff of RMC to help adults and children to have a normal and happy lives."

Ronnie also said, "Gusto ko siyang maging source of hope and inspiration lalo sa may mga ganung kapansanan.

They might be bullied. The feeling was thinking the future of those kids.

There's no limit or deadline and, in God's grace, we plan na gawing lifetime itong Project Ngiti."
