Roxie Smith

Sparkle artist Roxie Smith is one of 51 delegates looking to win the 2026 Miss Universe Philippines crown.

The Miss Universe Philippines pageant is definitely in full swing, with the queens now introduced to the public and starting their journey towards the crown. And for Sparkle talent Roxie Smith, it is definitely the culmination of a long-held dream.

In one of the more recent posts on its official Instagram account, the Miss Universe Philippines pageant posted a Reel of Roxie sharing her thoughts about her experience taking part in her first big public event with the organization.

“I'm more than excited, this was my little girl dream. As young as the age of three, I already knew what I wanted. I knew I wanted to go for Miss Universe,” she shared.

The public event that Roxie and the other Miss Universe Philippines delegates took part in was the Miss Universe Philippines press presentation, which started with a parade at the SM Mall of Asia Arena at 3 p.m. and then headed to the City of Dreams for the press presentation at 5 p.m.

She also explained that she is competing now because “it all aligned” and this is now her year to shine.

Roxie is just one of the more than 50 delegates competing for this year's Miss Universe Philippines crown. Other familiar names to pageant aficionados include Nicole Borromeo, Bea Millan-Windorski, and Justine Felizarta.
